FAB's La Vie En Rose Life in Pink Spring 2015 Fashion show was honored to partnered with US's best-funded and leading breast cancer foundation, Susan G Komen. Komen advocates for breast self-awareness as a primary method for fighting breast cancer.
La Vie En Rose featured 12 Boston University student designers and featured lines from Haute Hippie and Ministry of Supply. Our fashion show also featured gift bags for each attendee with products, from companies such as Neiman Marcus, Uber, Dosa Factory, Dapper Time, Kind Bars, Kate Spade, BCBG and raffles prizses containing Ministry of Supply shirts, Michael Kors bags, Ray Bans and more!
I was honored to have my third official collection close the show! My mom and I designed this beautiful line. We are launching a line within this year so stay tuned. I was inspired by my own personal Coco Chanel, my mother, she embodies the mod style of the 60's and I incorporated her style with the theme of pink and my obsession with sheer and capes. Mod style started with 60's subculture starting in Great Britain and made its way to California in the 70's. The styles include, a-line styles, capes, high neck-lines, and pearls. I combined this style with my own edgy tule and skin-tight sheer ensembles.

La Vie En Rose Life in Pink Fashion show debuted my third official collection. Being on the board of FAB, I was involved not only in the designing process, but also the production, from sponsors to marketing, I completely immersed myself into La Vie En Rose. And I am more than proud of my fellow board members and I for putting together a phenomenal show.
